'11 MM Africa Champion Meshack Ochieng comes from a long and proud line of Kenyan bodybuilders with great, natural physiques. Like MM Pro Sanya Shaka, he eats all whole foods including live chickens he buys everyday in open air markets. Supplements are hard to find and extremely expensive in Kenya. Meshach is 34 years old, 5'5", 170 lbs. and lifts in spartan gym surroundings. He recently found an American sponsor so he can compete at MM World in Las Vegas.
