Hard to believe that this guy has never been on stage. But sports model Brian Androas is already shaking up the media. The 6′, 195 lbs., is already scheduled to shoot for magazines, romance novels and a couple ad campaigns. “I just train hard every day, in fact, twice a day,” Brian says. “I keep a super clean diet and conditioned all year. I can’t see myself ever getting out of shape.” Brian is currently training to make his show debut at Model Universe in Miami in June.
At 5’7″, 185 lbs., Musclemania® Pro Julian Navarro is among the thickest, leanest and symmetrical natural athletes on the competitive scene. “I am going to doing some bulking this season,” he says. “Last year, I kept real tight, but this time I am going to cheat a bit more and see if it helps with growth. I want to really explode before I compete again!”
Just 19 years old, Clyde Mataj has been training for just 2 years. The 5’10″, 185 lbs., Detroit natural bodybuilder says he’s still working on weaknesses. “I train twice every day, 7 days a week,” Clyde says. “I work at a restaurant with my Mom during the middle of the day and the hit the gym in the morning and nights. I started using supplements last year and it made a big difference. But being able to work and eat at the restaurant really helps. I will pick which Musclemania® show soon and then get start getting ready. Musclemania® Asia Physique Champion Adrian Tan training for his MM Pro debut at MM Universe in June. The 5’8″, 185 lbs., 35 year old is a seasoned veteran and won virtually every bodybuilding show in Singapore and SW Asia. Adrian also just signed an endorsement deal with Under Armour® and will doing appearances throughout Asia.
Musclemania® Paris Physique and Model Paris Champion Raqieb Bayadin hammers his back yesterday. At 5’8″, 180 lbs., he says, “I had an amazing back workout! Progress comes to those who DO. So for us, those who are willing to change their body have to train and train. Depending on secret techniques will get you nowhere! But don’t forget your diet and rest. This three factors has to be in balance to have great synergy to reach your goal!”
Musclemania® India Physique Mazher Hamlanni has quickly become one of the country’s most popular natural athletes. The 5’8″, 175 lbs., event management coordinator is training now for MM Universe in June. “It was my first show and I want to have a new looking physique for the next time,” Mazher explains. “I never really ate and trained for muscle grow. So, this is a new experience for me.”

Musclemania® Pro Chul Soon pumped and ripped in Las Vegas for MM World Pro Championships last November. The 5’9″, 200 lbs., Korean sensation is training for MM Universe in June. “I want to win in Miami. The Universe was my first show in America 7 years ago,” Chul explains. “It would be a dream come true.” Since beginning his bodybuilding career, Chul has turned it into a commercial success appearing movies, commercials, endorsement deals, personal appearances and much more.
Musclemania® India bodybuilder Vivek Rock competed for the first time last month. “I have been training for 8 years, but just never competed,” Vivek says. “I have been natural all my life, so when I heard MM was coming to India, I started training for it.” The 5’8″, 165 lbs., 23 year old personal trainer now wants to compete again. “It was really something great! A super experience to be on stage, especially with other natural guys. I never wanted to go against the steroid boys, so this was everything I wanted and more. I will be back for more this year.”
At 6’1″, 200 lbs., Musclemania® America Junior Champion Brandon Flihan is training for the new season. The 22 year old junior, lifetime natural bodybuilding says, “Currently I’m on a lean bulk diet and things are going very well. It seems my body is enjoying more food and is responding very well, growing quite a bit.” Brandon will make a special guest appearance at MM Orange County in May.
Musclemania® Paris Physique star Raqieb Balaydin looked incredible today after his workout. He says, “I’ve trained my abs hard today. I’m not as shredded this time of the year but still have to train abs. Remember: there is no off season! It’s all about the winter gains. Starting from tomorrow I will add more carbs to my diet, because for me it’s all about lean bulking. I try to stay lean even when putting on mass, so you can see what happens to your body when you train. It’s keep me motivated.”

After making his Musclemania® Pro debut in Las Vegas, Burley Goss says his training is now focused on MM Universe in Miami / Ft. Lauderdale. The 5’9″, 210 lbs., English school teacher from South Africa says, “I was disappointed with my 6th Place finish, but am energized to shock train my muscles and bring a new physique to Miami.”
Kwame Adom has developed a top level, natural physique having won both of his first two shows this season. But the 5’7″, 175 lbs., Connecticut athlete says he swears by his atypical bodybuilding diet. “My diet is pasta, pizza, burgers with occasional ice cream,” Kwame proudly admits, “I don’t deviate from this diet. I have a unique physique and I must eat “dirty” to maintain size. I’m one of a kind when it’s time for shredding.” Kwame says he’s bumping up his game and will be moving onto Musclemania® shows next season. “My goal is to prevail at MM New England in May so I may clash with the Titans in Las Vegas in November. I’m overly excited to step on the MM stage.”

Musclemania® Paris natural stars Bertrand Lim (c) and Medhi Daoud (r) training yesterday with a friend. Bertrand (5’6″, 170 lbs.) took 2nd at both MM Paris LW Class and MM World LW Class this season while Medhi (6’3″, 225 lbs.) won MM Paris HW. It was there first competition and now they seem to be driven for more. “Coming in 2nd Place and almost winning was an incredible experience,” Bertrand says. “But, knowing it was just one point difference is really pushing me to be perfect next time. I am training for more size on my arms and back. It will be a different physique and result next time.”
Musclemania® Europe Junior Champion Ovi Diu already in top shape. “I’m at 80 kgs., (176 lbs.) and harder than ever,” he says. The 5’6″, 23 year old engineer is training for MM Universe and wants to be on stage at 85 kgs. Ovi started training when he was 15 years old and did not compete until 2013. “I always loved lifting, everyday after school, all summer – I can’t live without it. The longer I train, the better I am looking. My physique is taking a shape that I think is classic. It’s what I always wanted from bodybuilding.”
Musclemania® America Pro Champion Perry Hoskin may have only 3 shows to his credit in less than 4 months, but the 5’10″, 185 lbs., Texas entrepreneur has knocked off all the top competition. “I like to win!,” he asserts. “To me, I did not get into training and bodybuilding for fun. I have always got to the driven. Otherwise, I get stale and bored.” Perry says he’s training for his next match at MM Universe in Miami / Ft. Lauderdale in June. “I want to bring a new physique to the stage and am training every day and dieting for it already.”
