Ben Radic continues to improve as he prepares for Musclemania Europe in Paris, his first competition! The 5'10", 225 lbs. former volleyball star says he's getting leaner by the day. But Ben admits, "I hate getting small. LOL. I have never contest dieted before, so it is playing games with my head!" Ben will learn that what matters is what's in the mirror - not the scale.
