Austrian teenager Onome Egger keeps growing and says he’s focused on symmetry. “I am working on my tris, upper chest and legs,” he explains. At 6’2″, 225 lbs., the 19 year old newcomer is training for competitions next season for the first time. “I am going to school during the day, training at night and working weekends. So, I got the time management thing down and making sure that school and bodybuilding are working together. I want to have everything symmetrical and ready when I compete. I want nothing left to chance. I want to win!”
Texas HW Adrain Childers is hasn’t competed for 2 years, but the 6’3″, 255 lb. nutrition store store manager is as impressive as ever. He trains heavy 6 days a week and maintains low body fat all reason. “I’ve been doing this for over 10 years and got to a point where it’s easy to keep it tight and full all the time,” Adrian says. He nearly won the ’12 Musclemania America in Las Vegas, so let’s hope Adrian makes a comeback some with his new physique.
Johnny Diez (R) may be a new look on the Latin American scene, but the 6’2″, 210 lbs., 24 year old trainer is yanking heads everywhere he goes. Seen here with a gym protege, he’s been training for the past three years. Johnny says he’s not taking his physique for granted and is moving to the commercial level. He will soon travel to Miami to meet with some interested Latin media agents. Johnny will also start appearing on the competitive scene at Musclemania shows.

Is this guy insane looking?! Greg Vong is returning to Musclemania® Paris next month and with this new, thick, lean physique is hoping to win! At 5’8″, 175 lbs., The French trainer has vaulted on to the natural bodybuilding scene and is being sought out by European fitness magazines. Greg should be a sight to see on stage.
Musclemania® Pro Benjamin Radic (L) is training Blaz Hrastnik for MM Balkan this month. The 6’1″, 210 lbs., 25 year old bodybuilder has been training 5 years and working with Ben for his competition preparation.  Ben is training for the fall season and is focusing on condition and not so much size.  “I got all the size I want as a natural guy.  I am just getting leaner and that is helping to make my physique look bigger anyway.
Musclemania Pro Francisco Dominguez has made amazing improvements to his physique since his MM Pro debut in 2012. The 6′, 210 lbs., Spanish trainer has been shooting commercials, advertisements and campaigns for the past 18 months but says, “I am still staying in shape and want to get back on stage soon.” Francisco will make a special guest appearance at MM Europe in Barcelona next month joining Ulisses and Simeon Panda.
Sports model sensation Ben Handsaker is heading to Model Australia next week in the Gold Coast. The 6′, 200 lbs., executive and motivational speaker recently traveling to the US for a media tour including shooting for 4 magazines. Ben says he’s added nearly 15 lbs. of lean muscle since winning the same competition two years ago.
Model Britain Champions Ashley Lewis & Daisy Ward who won the show last weekend in London. At just 17 years old, Daisy surprised everyone with her fresh look and was Top 5 Finalist at Model Universe in Miami in the summer. Ashley is a black belt in karate and level 2-3 personal trainer. The 5’7″, 180 lbs. was all new to the competitive fitness scene. He explains, “I have never been to a competition and i have never tried to cut weight and have always been single digit body fat.” Complete results and photo gallery will be posted soon.
Teenager Adika Njemanze is preparing for Musclemania® Australia next week. The 5’10″, 190 lbs., 18 year old college student started lifting under the guise he was at the studying at the library. “I started training a couple of years ago against my mother’s wishes,” Adika explains. “Then, one day I guess I couldn’t hide my size any more and she asked me if I was going to the gym. Well, as long as I keep my grades up, she now “allows” me to train every day.” In just one season, Adika has already won all of the natural shows in Oz and says he’s ready for MM.
Musclemania Middle East Physique Junior Champion Muhammed Saif had one of the most impressive physiques on stage two weeks ago in Cairo. The 5’9″, 185 lbs., 20 year old student has been training for 4 years and always natural. Muhammed is a architectural engineering student and plays on the Egyptian National Team for American Football.

Emmanuel Plata was a Top 3 Finalist at Musclemania® Mexico Junior Championships in May. The 5’8″, 182 lbs., 22 year old is studying nutrition at the University Autonoma in Mexico City and says he applies the studies to his training. Emmanuel has been lifting for 3 years and is taking off the rest of the season to return to MM Mexico next year.
Loscar has never competed, in fact, he’s never even been to a bodybuilding competition. The 5’9″, 215 lbs, 32 year old bodybuilder says he lifts for the passion. “I am obsessed with the gym” Loscar explains. “My Dad’s got crazy genetics and so do my brother and I. We’re all 100% clean, never used any steroids. I can barely afford all those sups, too.” The Massachusetts native says he’s going to start tightening up his diet and get a real bodybuilder’s look. “I keep hearing from people that I should get into shape and do something with my physique. Musclemania® Pro Ty Ogedegbe is hamming legs are part of his regimen for MM World Pro in Las Vegas. He says, “I am hitting up leg sessions twice a week. First day focuses on compound movements – I go as heavy as my legs can carry. The second day is focused on isolation – Leg raises, Ham curls, and on both days, my calves get annihilated – simply because of how stubborn I know they are. I’m seeing results in definition and size – so this recipe is one to hold on to for now.”
