Maik Wiedenbach surprised the judge and judges with a striking, 6'1, 195 lbs. physique. Taking home the gold, he went on a intense training program and set his sights on MM Superbody next month in Atlantic City. He says, "I am currently holding 225 lbs. while getting leaner and keeping my lines. Feeling good about the show." Maik was a competitive swimmer through high school and college in Germany and took up bodybuilding to help build strength. Currently, he is a New York based celebrity personal trainer.
