Serbian natural bodybuilder Aleksandar Vukicevic has been training for 10 years. The 6', 202 lbs., 24 year old physical education school teacher competed at '14 Musclemania® Balkan and wants to take on the world's best naturals at MM in Las Vegas. "SInce the show last year, I have trained for symmetry and condition," Alek says. "I have improved my physique a lot, especially overall mass. I think I can handle an international show and show a really aesthetic physique." If Alek can get his US visa, he'll be in Las Vegas in November. In the meantime, he'll be on stage at MM Rome in May.

Training for Musclemania® Korea, Ryan Lee is fast becoming a popular favorite for the show. The 5’10″, 185 lbs., university student hopes to also compete at MM in Las Vegas this season. Ryan competed in MM 3 years ago but has a completely different physique now. “I am about 20 lbs bigger and keep my condition all year,” Ryan says. “I really want to make a career with bodybuilder and am training more serious than ever.”

Musclemania® Pro Chul Soon pumped and ripped in Las Vegas for MM World Pro Championships last November. The 5’9″, 200 lbs., Korean sensation is training for MM Universe in June. “I want to win in Miami. The Universe was my first show in America 7 years ago,” Chul explains. “It would be a dream come true.” Since beginning his bodybuilding career, Chul has turned it into a commercial success appearing movies, commercials, endorsement deals, personal appearances and much more.
After making his Musclemania® Pro debut in Las Vegas, Burley Goss says his training is now focused on MM Universe in Miami / Ft. Lauderdale. The 5’9″, 210 lbs., English school teacher from South Africa says, “I was disappointed with my 6th Place finish, but am energized to shock train my muscles and bring a new physique to Miami.”
Kwame Adom has developed a top level, natural physique having won both of his first two shows this season. But the 5’7″, 175 lbs., Connecticut athlete says he swears by his atypical bodybuilding diet. “My diet is pasta, pizza, burgers with occasional ice cream,” Kwame proudly admits, “I don’t deviate from this diet. I have a unique physique and I must eat “dirty” to maintain size. I’m one of a kind when it’s time for shredding.” Kwame says he’s bumping up his game and will be moving onto Musclemania® shows next season. “My goal is to prevail at MM New England in May so I may clash with the Titans in Las Vegas in November. I’m overly excited to step on the MM stage.”

At 6′, 210 lbs., Adnan Ali says he’s trained for symmetry for the past 5 years. The 25 year old Pakistani trainer continues his journey and is training for Musclemania® Asia next season. He’s qualified to compete at MM Universe and MM World in Miami and Las Vegas, respectively, but he’s been denied a US visa 3 times. “I’m not giving up,” Adnan asserts. “It’s my dream to compete in America.” But for now, expect to see Adnan on stage in Singapore in September.

He didn’t win or even make the Top 5. But, the 6’2″, 230 lbs., heavyweight Daniel Babcock says he depleted too much for Musclemania® America in Las Vegas last month. “I had photo shoots the week before the show and just didn’t time it out very well. Thick, lean and symmetrical, Daniel has impressive potential, especial for a tall HW. He explains, “It’s pretty amazing how the body over compensates and taken in everything after being on an extended diet. Any bit of nutrients it gets goes straight to use and your muscles become beyond full.” Daniel isn’t sure in what show and where he’ll compete next, but wherever it is, no one should take their off this guy. He’s going to be a threat.

Before his workout this afternoon, Musclemania® Pro Simeon Panda was primed and ready to attack arms. As France’s #1 natural LW bodybuilder, Bertrand Lim amazed everyone at the recent Musclemania® Paris. The 5’6″, 165 lbs., Parisian brought incredible shape, symmetry and condition. “I didn’t plan on competing in Paris, but jumped in at the last minute to warm up for MM in Las Vegas,” explains Bertrand. The computer programmer and network manager promises to be in even better shape next month and is certain to be a major force at MM World.

New Musclemania® Pro Kwame Duah is already lean and ready for MM World in Las Vegas. At 5’9″ and weighing an enormous 220 lbs., the 21 year old university student is the youngest MM Pro! “I’ve been eating real clean, but lots of calories and its keeping me full but still getting leaner by the day,” Kwame explains. He lead Team Australia into Las Vegas next month.

Texas HW Adrain Childers is hasn’t competed for 2 years, but the 6’3″, 255 lb. nutrition store store manager is as impressive as ever. He trains heavy 6 days a week and maintains low body fat all reason. “I’ve been doing this for over 10 years and got to a point where it’s easy to keep it tight and full all the time,” Adrian says. He nearly won the ’12 Musclemania America in Las Vegas, so let’s hope Adrian makes a comeback some with his new physique.

Musclemania® Pro Ty Ogedegbe is hamming legs are part of his regimen for MM World Pro in Las Vegas. He says, “I am hitting up leg sessions twice a week. First day focuses on compound movements – I go as heavy as my legs can carry. The second day is focused on isolation – Leg raises, Ham curls, and on both days, my calves get annihilated – simply because of how stubborn I know they are. I’m seeing results in definition and size – so this recipe is one to hold on to for now.”

Musclemania® Mid America Donte Franklin looking insane. It looks like the 6′, 210 lbs., 23 year old car salesman is going to rock the stage this fall. Donte started training when he was 13 years old. “I always had this thing about wanting to look like a muscleman,” Donte says. I started training at home in the garage. I’d lift anything I could find or make. It’s always been my passion.” Donte will guest pose at MM Mid America in October and compete at MM America in Las Vegas.

With 4 months out, Matthew Corso says he’s ready to start his diet for Musclemania® America. The 5’5″, 154 lbs., 24 year old management trainee is well heeled in fitness with both his mother and sister who are also MM natural bodybuilders. “Yeah, its in the blood,” Matt confirms. Musclemania® Universe Champion Henry Adell is not slacking and already back into true form. He says, “Part of building a great physique is not allowing the common bodybuilder mentality of “I’m not big enough” to overtake attention to detail and perfect symmetry. My goals are to build my arms and calves in proportion to each other and the rest of my body for my pro debut at Musclemania® World in Las Vegas. Not missing a beat, Musclemania® Pro Julian King Navarro was already crunching curls having decided to train for MM World Pro in Las Vegas in November. “I am back at it and not letting anything stopping me,” he says. “Third place is not for me. I am out to win it. So, I messed up my carb loading, who cares! None of it’s going to happen again.” The 5’7″, 180 lbs., 23 year old powerhouse said he was 10-15 lbs lighter than planed for MM Universe last weekend in Ft. Lauderdale, but expects to be at least 190 lbs. on stage in November. “Those boys better be ready!”
Back into true training form, Musclemania® Pro Syed Fazli is hitting twice a day preparing for MM World Pro in Las Vegas. The 5’10″, 200 lbs. Malaysian star is looking better at any time in his career. “I promise to bring a new physique to the stage in November,” Syed says. We’ll get a preview of his new physique when Syed makes a special guest appearance at MM Asia on September 6 in Singapore.
Musclemania® Universe 2nd Place Salman Ahmad says his super lean condition came from a 6 month diet, solid nutrition, 2x day training and a serious, year round focus on conditioning. “I knew MM bodybuilders are always in shape,” he explains. “Here in Pakistan, diet doesn’t matter as much – its all about size on stage. But at MM, its the complete body and super lean. Illusion shadows sheer size!” At 5’8″, 172 lbs., Salman says he was shape 2 months before the show. His next competition will be MM World in Las Vegas.
Lifetime natural bodybuilder David Higuera has only competed once, at the ’06 Musclemania® World in Hollywood. Now, the 5’8″, 187 lbs., 27 year old culinary student says he’s once again training for MM World. “I have been boxing for the past 6-7 years,” David explains. “But, I am back in the gym and hitting it harder than ever. I have been at it for a year now and want to be about 200 lbs. on stage in Las Vegas. I am eating clean, taking a bunch of supplements and and training everyday. All that boxing has really helped me with my conditioning, so its been more of a lifestyle for me this time than a just disciplined competition training. I am really enjoying it.” David will compete at MM Latino in October and then on to Las Vegas.
