I am still lifting like in the off season - heavy with a rep range of around 6-10. My routine is a 5-day split with 6 days of cardio. My diet probally looks like most other bodybuilders - eggs, egg whites, oatmeal, brown rice, chicken, and fish. Its very bland but will all be worth it at the end. I am already hearing that extra large pie of pizza calling my name! But first thing is first."
