Lifetime natural bodybuilder Kwame Adom has won every natural show in New England, but now the 5’8″, 185 lbs. is bumping up his game and training for Musclemania® New England. He says, “Measurements are out of the window at this stage, mirror guide only. I have to win the overall to make MM Pro, so I care less about my weight on stage, just how I’m put together.” Kwame will be on stage with nearly 200 other natural athletes at Foxwoods Resort Casino on May 2.

Kwame Adom has developed a top level, natural physique having won both of his first two shows this season. But the 5’7″, 175 lbs., Connecticut athlete says he swears by his atypical bodybuilding diet. “My diet is pasta, pizza, burgers with occasional ice cream,” Kwame proudly admits, “I don’t deviate from this diet. I have a unique physique and I must eat “dirty” to maintain size. I’m one of a kind when it’s time for shredding.” Kwame says he’s bumping up his game and will be moving onto Musclemania® shows next season. “My goal is to prevail at MM New England in May so I may clash with the Titans in Las Vegas in November.
