Just a week after returning from Los Angeles, Musclemania® Pro Ulisses is looking like he’s ready for another show. The 5’11″, 195 lbs., London based legend will start the New Year endorsing Isolabs Nutrition. Ulisses will also make appearances at FIBO, Rimini Wellness and other European sports expos.

Egyptian sports fitness model Mostafa El Hodaiby recently competed at Musclemania® Britain in London. The 5’7″, 165 lbs., 26 year old was made an impression on everyone, but he says that’s not good enough. “My goal this year is to focus more on my physique with more muscle mass,” Mostafa explains. “I trained at home back in Cairo, but once I was here in England, I completed advance my routine and dedication.  The environment here gives me a change to really create something incredible.  I am looking forward to the next show, here or back home.”

Musclemania® Pro Ty Ogedegbe says he just made a guest appearance at an all women’s show. “Its was a very good way to practice my stage presence and posing skills in preparation for MM World in November,” Ty explains. “The symmetry is coming together, but I’m still fine tuning a few parts. I’ve been loading up on Whey protein all week round and then carbohydrates only twice a week. It’s all helping me maintain a lean physique all year round and heavier weights for my weak areas.” Ty will soon announce his new MM Britain Prep Camps in London, England, for beginner and novice competitors.

Back from his Nigerian trip, Musclemania® Universe Champion Ty Ogedegbe is looking nearly contest ready. At 5’8″, 210 lbs., the London based financial account manager says he’s staying and developing his symmetry. “I am not gaining just to get more muscle,” Ty explains. “I am only training for symmetry this year. I know what I need to win MM Pro Universe.”

I was impressed with their conditioning considering its not comp season yet.” Simeon and Ulisses are on their way back to London where they will host their Muscle Camp on May 11. British natural bodybuilder David Nemnhard says he never gets out of shape and doesn’t have to do any cardio to achieve it. “Yeah, I watch my diet like everyone else, but my metabolism is crazy!,” he explains. The towering 6’4″, 200 lbs. security specialist competed for the first time at the ’13 Musclemania® Physique Britain and is planning to return to the stage again. “I am coming back to MM because I want to win it, man! I am going to be at least 20 lbs. bigger and am stuffing my face to make it happen.” Those guys with the sky rocketing metabolism are the lucky ones. Musclemania® Universe Pro Champion Ty Ogedegbe was looking thick, lean and symmetrical during his recent trip to Nigeria. The London based financial adviser appeared on national and regional television shows and featured in city newspapers. At 5’8″, 220 lbs., Ty has conditioned his physique since winning last June and promises to bring to the stage a whole new package this season.

Musclemania™ Pro superstar Simeon Panda looked crazy at the ’13 MM World in Las Vegas. At 6’1″, 220 lbs., 27 year old London native is currently in Los Angeles on a month long media trip. “I trained straight through the holidays just to be ready,” Simeon says. “I ate clean and didn’t miss a day of training. Even On Christmas I found a gym that was open and trained for a couple of hours!”

Musclemania® Pro Benjamin Radič meet his new fan Patrik Novak at a local Slovenian nutrition store yesterday. After an exciting season including winning MM Britain in London, Ben is training for his MM Pro debut at MM Universe in Miami in June. At 5'9", 225 lbs. he says, "I am not fat or in contest shape. I just keep good condition through the holidays and then I will really tighten up next month."
