Musclemania® Pro Ty Ogedegbe says he’s still on a game day training regimen. “I lost my class by just 1 point!,” he exclaims referring to MM World Pro last month in Las Vegas. The London based, lifetime natural bodybuilder says, “I can’t believe it. I won’t let that happen, again. I’m staying on my contest gym workouts and nutrition and am going to bring a different look in Miami (MM Universe).” At 5’9″, 210 lbs., Ty is one of the thickest natural guys in the sport with trophies like MM Britain and MM Universe on his mantel.

Back from his Nigerian trip, Musclemania® Universe Champion Ty Ogedegbe is looking nearly contest ready. At 5’8″, 210 lbs., the London based financial account manager says he’s staying and developing his symmetry. “I am not gaining just to get more muscle,” Ty explains. “I am only training for symmetry this year. I know what I need to win MM Pro Universe.”

When Musclemania® Pros Julian Navarro, Chul Soon and Ty Ogedegbe (L-R) lifted their shirts for fans and media in Las Vegas last month, it was a series of 8-packs on full display! Julian was in town to spend the weekend at the Musclemania® World but says he's training for next season for his MM Pro debut. Chul was thicker and overwhelmingly impressive but not as tight to win the show. Ty was coming off his big MM Universe victory 5 months earlier but faced a much stiffer line-up than in Miamiand did not make the Top 5 cut in Las Vegas.

It is common opinion that Musclemania® Pro Ty Ogedegbe won MM Universe in June because of his condition. And, the 5'8", 200 lbs., London based trainer hasn't forgotten it. With two weeks before MM World in Las Vegas, Ty is already contest ready as seen in this lat spread shot taken last weekend. He says, "The gym is my jungle and I'm putting in work like a Lion! I'm paying extra focus on each and every angle of whatever muscle group I'm working on. Always pay attention to detail. I feel this is what separates your physique from everybody else."
