Greek natural bodybuilder Kwnstantinos Badidos has only competed once, but he's training now for MM Europe in Berlin in November. The 5'9", 200 lbs., 24 year old building engineer says he's been training for 10 years. "I keep a tight split routine, twice a day, 3 times a week," Kwnstantinos explains. "I like a lot of rest between workouts and feel it helps my muscle recuperate better."

Musclemania® Europe Junior Champion Ovi Diu already in top shape. “I’m at 80 kgs., (176 lbs.) and harder than ever,” he says. The 5’6″, 23 year old engineer is training for MM Universe and wants to be on stage at 85 kgs.  Ovi started training when he was 15 years old and did not compete until 2013. “I always loved lifting, everyday after school, all summer – I can’t live without it.  The longer I train, the better I am looking. My physique is taking a shape that I think is classic. It’s what I always wanted from bodybuilding.”

Dutch natural bodybuilder Fridjof McAdam has been training for over 3 years. The 6’1″, 215 lbs., 21 year old student will be competing at Musclemania® Paris and Europe shows next month. Fridjof has been a competitive gymnast, martial artist and basketball player but the upcoming show will be his first bodybuilding competition. Currently, he works at Tavi Castro’s Body Engineers.

Musclemania Pro Francisco Dominguez has made amazing improvements to his physique since his MM Pro debut in 2012. The 6′, 210 lbs., Spanish trainer has been shooting commercials, advertisements and campaigns for the past 18 months but says, “I am still staying in shape and want to get back on stage soon.” Francisco will make a special guest appearance at MM Europe in Barcelona next month joining Ulisses and Simeon Panda.

After skipping competitions last season, Musclemania® Pro Fernando Francisco Dominguez says he’s returning to the stage this season. The 6′, 215 lbs., Madrid gym owner is known for his classic shape and symmetry, muscle thickness and stage appeal. Francisco will make a guest performance at MM Europe in Barcelona in October.

Ovi Diu says, “Motivated? I’m utterly f’ing obsessed. Motivation would be a step down! The 5’6″, 180 lbs., 22 year old, Musclemania® Europe Junior Champion is training for the fall contest season. Ovi has been training for 5 years and just started competing last season.  “I see that the longer I train, my condition is getting better,” he explains.  “The more I compete, the leaner I look after the show.  My weight isn’t changing much but the muscle size and shape is looking crazier. So, I rarely check the scale any more.”

Nathan Mozango has 3 months until Musclemania® Paris which will be his bodybuilding show debut. The 5’7″, 185 lbs., 19 year old university student says he’s waiting until his physique is ready. “I’ve been training for 3 years, but I never want to get on stage until I was big enough and in super lean,” Nathan explains. “This is my year, I am ready, now.” He will compete among the best natural teenage bodybuilders throughout Europe on October 11.

’13 Musclemania Europe Champion Mehdi Larijani is training for his MM Pro debut in Miami / Ft. Lauderdale next month. The 5’11″, 27 year old, Iranian bodybuilder says, “I know my reputation back home is on the line at this show. I chose MM shows a long time ago because I have always lifted natural, no drugs. So, it will be a great challenge for me to compete to with the great guys like Ulisses and Chul Soon”. Medhi is currently training in Norfolk, VA during his 3 month stay in the US.

’12 Model Universe Champion Alan Valdez has transcended being a fitness model into a popular sport fitness brand, especially in Latin America. The 5’11″, 190 lbs., 27 year old has appeared in numerous magazines and 3 covers last year. Alan will make guest appearances at Musclemania® Colombia, Mexico, Europe, Universe and other events this season.

Musclemania® Europe Junior Ovidiu Voicu just keeps growing as his prepares for his final season as a junior. The 5’6″, 182 lbs., 22 year old, Romanian college student made a huge impact at FIBO earlier this month in Cologne, Germany. “It was awesome to meet so many fans,” Ovi says. “I am training animalistic and want to finish by winning all of the MM junior titles. I still got work to do!”

Musclemania® Pros Simeon Panda (L) and Ben Radic at the Coliseum in Rome where they competed at the ’13 MM Europe. Simeon went on to win and Ben took the MM Britain title a few months later.

Model Universe Champion Alan Valdez will be making a promotion tour this season including appearances at Musclemania® Universe, Mexico, Latino, Colombia, Europe, Central America and many others. The 5’11″, 195 lbs., sports model has exploded on the scene and will be shooting with over a dozen magazines this season and many television appearances. He’s got model looks with a athletic physique!

Bosnian natural bodybuilder and sports model Erko Jun made his show debut at the ’13 Musclemania Universe. The 5’10″, 200 lbs., 21 year old trainer’s popularity has exploded with many European sports, fitness and consumer magazines and media agencies hot on his trail. Erko just finished a series of shoots with some Eastern Europe magazine, but is back into training. “I love doing all of the photo shoots, but I am back now in Belgium training hard and getting reason for the contest season,” Erko explains.

’13 Musclemania World Pro Champion Ulisses says he’s in “Shredded Motivation!” “I’m shooting my ‘Get Mass’ video this weekend for my fans,” he promises. “I’ll have some exclusive behind the scene footage for everyone.” At 5’10″, 210 lbs., Ulisses is keeping his physique in near competition shape all season. “I am just going to keep growing but in sick shape,” he explains. Ulisses will soon announce his new training camp series throughout England and Europe. Also, his appearance schedule will be posted soon.

’12 Musclemania® Europe Junior & ’12 Model America Champion Tavi Castro has exploded in popularity worldwide. Now, the 5’7″, 196 lbs., 23 year old has transformed his physique over the past year. Laying low and away from the competition stage this season, Tavi says he’s preparing for a major score next year. He explains, “After finishing my degree this year and getting Body Engineers launched worldwide I have had even more time to train. I am currently lean bulking until prep starts for either a MM Universe or MM America debut.”

Moroccan brothers Radwan, Kamal & Soufiane Ambroche (L-R) are all into bodybuilding training. Kamal won Model Europe in Rome last June and was a Top 5 Finalist at Model America last month in Las Vegas. Radwan and Soufiane are working to start compete next season. Radwan has developed the most muscle and fastest yet at 6’1″ yet still weighs just 180 lbs. Soufiane will appear at Model Europe in Spain in September.

Musclemania® Europe Junior Champion Ovidiu Voicu is so totally ripped and ready for the MM World in Las Vegas next Saturday. The 5'6", 175 lbs., college student has the killer instinct on stage and will take on MM Mid America junior sensation Donte Franklin. In the
words of rapper Tupac Shakur, Ovi says, "Am I wrong cause I wanna get it on till I die? Get it on till I die. Get it on till I die. Y'all, Y'all remember me."

'13 Musclemania® Europe Junior Champion Ovidiu Voicu is so ready for MM World in Las Vegas. Since winning the show in June, the 5'6", 175 lbs., 22 year old college student has seemed to grow in thickness and density while keeping his weight the same. "I just kept eating clean but bumped my calories and matched it with cardio," Ovi says. "So, I am getting leaner and bigger and the same time." Ovi will take on the best junior natural bodybuilders in the world in Las Vegas next month.

With nearly 150 natural competitors from throughout Europe and America, last weekend's Musclemania® Paris was an electric show! Held at the awe inspiring Cite de Sciences Amphitheatre the performances were outstanding and talent among the best seen in Europe in many years.
