Tom Duer is one week out from MM Superbody in Atlantic City. He says, "This morning, I was still holding 212 lbs. I keep getting leaner but not loosing much weight. Just water." Even if he looses 5 lbs. of water, Tom will compete at least 20 lbs. heavier that his last show in 2009.
