MM Pro Morris Mendez is switching from protein powders and weight gainers to whole meat - chicken, fish and red beef - as shifts from off-season to contest training. "I got 6 weeks before the Universe, so I want to keep my mass and I begin to diet," Morris says. "I have gained a lot of muscle since Vegas ('11 MM World) and need a lot of protein to keep it."
