Alex Ortiz says he's been blasting his legs to balance his symmetry. The 5'6", 180 lbs., 19 year old college student is aiming toward a repeat performance in Miami this year but in the Junior Division. "I want to come in with another 10 lbs. of muscle and most of it on my legs", Alex says.
