Jose Ortiz who has no problem showing off his body while working as a cocktail waiter every night at a Louisiana casino. The 5'8", 27 year old trainer says he has to honor a work weight code, so he can't exceed 180 lbs. Jose will be training for the new MM Cajun in New Orleans.
