Musclemania® Pro Ulisses is always making appearances, so sometimes his training suffers.  He explains, “As I’m always traveling, so it’s hard to keep a consistent flow but I have to stay dedicated and focus no matter how difficult my schedule is. This is why I love bodybuilding, you have to be discipline / committed 100%. You cannot hide or blame anyone but yourself. The commitment must come from within. At the end of the day, you have to look at yourself and say “Did I give it a 100%?” If the answer is no then you have to dig deep and work harder. Stay focus and dedicated to your goal. In this arena, you only get what you put in.”
At 5’10”, 218 lbs., Musclemania® Pro Kevin Darrell is looking jacked! The Atlanta, Georgia personal trainer says he’s gained 15 lbs. since his MM debut last June. Kevin explains, “My current diet consists of about 4,500 calories and eating 8 times a day. I’m consuming 50% protein, 40% carbs, 10% fats and 1.5 gallons of alkaline water daily.” Kevin says he’ll be ready for MM Universe in Miami / Ft. Lauderdale soon.
Musclemania® Physique star Rob Nitter got married, has a beautiful new daughter and all the while transformed his physique since last season! The 5’8″, 210 lbs., US Air Force TSgt. says, “Thought I’d send a “Motivational Pump” your way. Don’t give up peeps.” Rob will bring his new physique to the MM Lone Star stage in May.
Musclemania® Asia Physique Tall Champion Terrence Teo says he’s added 10 lbs. of muscle since the show. The 6′, 215 lbs., Malaysian commercial and sports model and trainer is training for MM Universe in June which will be his first show in the US.  “I’ve been training for over 10 years and my dream has always been to compete in America,” Terrence says.  “I want to have a physique which will make the trip worthwhile and bring home national honor.”
With a classic, statuesque physique, Musclemania® Pro Simeon Panda says, “Bodybuilding has made a significant transition, it used to be everyone longed to achieve the physiques of the Olympians, now many want a much slimmer more ‘conventionally’ aesthetic look, I’m just here trying to turn Super Saiyan.”
French natural bodybuilder Loic Zine says making progress hasn’t been easy. But the 5’11”, 205 lbs., Nice bodybuilder is so focused on creating a top level physique for his Musclemania® Paris debut in October. “I’ve been eating 6-7 meals a day, high protein, low and high carb cycling, about 250g protein and 100g fat,” Loic explains.

Musclemania® Pro Henry Adell looking massive this morning after his workout. “Training shouldn’t feel like work to any serious lifter,” he says. The 6’1″, 235 lbs., lifetime natural and former collegiate football player continues, “I had a difficult weekend and today’s my first workout since Thursday. Instead of letting stress keeping me from doing what I love, I let it clear my head. Train hard, train smart!”
“Its all arms,” says Musclemania® Paris star Bertrand Lim. “I am training them with total priority because they’re my weakness. Twice a week or more if they heal sooner and are ready. But, I know symmetry is kind on stage and this is my only weakness.” Bertrand nearly won both MM Paris and MM World LW Class last year and he’s hellbent on winning the class this season.
Clyde Mataj has only been bodybuilding for 3 years, but the 5’10″, 185 lbs., 19 year old chef has developed a crazy thick physique already. “Working in a restaurant, I get to eat all the time,” he says. “I training in the morning before work, then back again to the gym in the evening. So, I am able to eat all day. A couple of weeks ago, I started cutting carbs and picking up my cardio because I want to compete.” Clyde has never been on stage before, so he will be big surprise in any Musclemania Teenage Division.

Training for Musclemania® Korea, Ryan Lee is fast becoming a popular favorite for the show. The 5’10″, 185 lbs., university student hopes to also compete at MM in Las Vegas this season. Ryan competed in MM 3 years ago but has a completely different physique now. “I am about 20 lbs bigger and keep my condition all year,” Ryan says. “I really want to make a career with bodybuilder and am training more serious than ever.”
Muscle model Brian Andraos has never competed or modeled commercially. However, the 6′, 205 lbs., 24 year old is says he’s being inundated with calls from agents, photographers, producers and promoters. “It’s really crazy,” Brian exclaims. “I just love training and working on my physique. Right now, I am in the gym twice a day, every day of the week. Really, I am so driven to gain some serious muscle and create something different.” Brian continues he’s training for Musclemania® Universe Physique Championships in June which will be his very first time on stage. “Its going to be wild, man!”
Musclemania® World Pro Champion Samuel Dixon says he;s back into shape after taking off a month to travel to Thailand with his newlywed wife. “I am back and training hard, got my diet on track again and will be ready to start shooting soon,” he promises. The 6′, 235 lbs., Canadian is one of the thickest MM natural heavyweights.
Peruvian natural bodybuilder Luis Bellatin says after 2 months of dieting and condition is physique, he’s achieved his goals. At 5’11″, 195 lbs., he explains, “I wanted to get back into shape because I have some advertising and promotions scheduled for my fitness center.” Luis has one of the most popular gyms in the country and appears regularly on national news programs as an expert trainer. He will be competing at Musclemania® Central America in Guatemala.
Musclemania® New Mexico LW Winner Rogelio Medina says he’s been growing since last year’s show. The 5’6″, 165 lbs., construction worker says he wants to bring a new physique to the stage this season. “I an growing and keeping it tight,” he explains. “I don’t skip a meal and bring everything to work with me so I can eat all day. My training is super intense I try to get it in before work so I got the energy I need for a good workout.” Rogelio says he’s out to win MM New Mexico in May and then on to either MM Universe or MM America.
Daniel Roman is training for his show debut at Musclemania® Colombia in two weeks. The 5’6″, 185 lbs., 21 year old college student is getting leaner everyday. “I am on my diet but still eating 6-7 times a day,” he says. “I am training twice a day, doing a split routine and resting between workouts. Its all working.”
